I am a paradox, a completely unique and rare human designed by the Creator of this universe. I hold my integrity and trust high. I can find a piece of me in everyone, by design I reflect back the energies I feel during interactions with others. I have always learned through my own experiences, truly the School of Hard Knocks. I’m a rebel. I need "the why" if you want me to do something.

I don’t fit into a box – never have, never will. I believe there is magic everywhere and in everyone. My journey has not been easy, I spent years out of alignment. I allowed others’ energy to influence me, I was a people pleaser, the "cool" girl. That girl had deep wounds, pain she buried, she used anything and everything as a distraction from herself. I finally found myself at my rock bottom before making a choice to shift my perspective. I did a deep dive into myself with my therapist/coach, through this time I learned to feel again. I learned that I had narrowed my ability to feel powerful emotions, but I got reacquainted with my body and how it communicates with me. There is no such thing as a "coincidence" and the Universe will always have my back as long as I am in alignment with my highest Self.

I have always been someone that people will share their life story with upon first meeting. To me, this is a great compliment - I feel like a safe space, no judgement. I am naturally curious about how we all operate and what drives each of us.

I love to explore our thoughts around reality and see what is possible. This is how I came to be a coaching professional. I feel most natural and in alignment when I am connecting with another human to create a desired future. I know without a doubt that this is my path, and that all my trials and tribulations were stepping stones to wisdom and compassion for others.
